Arctic and Subarctic Natural Resources adheres to the policy of open access. Under the “open access” in accordance with the Budapest “Open Access” Initiative (BOAI) the Editorial Board implies a free access to journal’s content via the public Internet and the right of each user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search or link to full-text articles, to search the content by robot indexers, enter these articles as data to software or use them for other legitimate purposes in the absence of financial, legal and technical barriers, except those that regulate an access to the Internet.
