Dae-Yong Jeong

Professor, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Inha University (Korea).

Dr. Dae-Yong JEONG received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in materials science and engineering from Seoul National University, Korea in 1994 and 1996, respectively. He finished his Ph.D degree from Materials at Pennsylvania State University in 2004 on Relaxor ferroelectric properties and device applications.

Research interests: ferroelectric materials for optical and energy application, nano-engineering for materials development, high energy density capacitor, and piezoelectric devices, engineering education and intellectual properties.

After his Ph.D work, he worked for the TRS Ind. and RIEC at Tohoku University in Japan.

After coming back to Korea, he was a senior researcher in KIST, an assistant professor in Myongji University. Since Sep. 2011, he is teaching and researching in Inha University.
